3. Account Registration

11. Account Termination

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your account, contact the j5555 support team. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

Closure by j5555

j5555 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that you provided false information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.

Where j5555 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach, your real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
